contractors do with new model homes.) Staging will beautify, and
help indicate how each room might be used.

vacant.
Why? Because there will be more life and energy than in those
formerly empty, echoing rooms. In a vacant house, the buyer doesn’t
have much to look at. Naturally their eye might be drawn to “things
that are wrong.” For example, less than perfect construction,
old paint, cracks, carpet stains, etc. Staging softens
imperfections.
3. Staging will APPEAL to the senses.
Imagine this: As a buyer walks past the fireplace, the scent of
a cinnamon rises from the bowl of nearby potpourri. A luxurious
throw blanket draped over the couch looks inviting. They might
visualize being peacefully curled up by the fire, reading a great
book.
