The way your home is “dressed” when buyers arrive can make a big impact on their decision to buy.
It’s like being in a pageant
NOTE: A vacant house is naked -
and it’s tough to win an evening gown competition if you're naked!

Any beauty queen will tell you, that you do not have to buy the most elaborate or expensive gown to win. The same holds true for home staging. It can be kept simple and reasonably priced but still make the same impact.

What should you expect from staging?

1.Your home will have a LOOK that is classy and inviting!

The furniture and décor we set up will compliment the size and features of your property (just like what contractors do with new model homes.) Staging will beautify, and help indicate how each room might be used.

2. Your staged home will FEEL better than when it was vacant.

Why? Because there will be more life and energy than in those formerly empty, echoing rooms. In a vacant house, the buyer doesn’t have much to look at. Naturally their eye might be drawn to “things that are wrong.”  For example, less than perfect construction, old paint, cracks, carpet stains, etc. Staging softens imperfections.

3. Staging will APPEAL to the senses.

Imagine this: As a buyer walks past the fireplace, the scent of a cinnamon rises from the bowl of nearby potpourri. A luxurious throw blanket draped over the couch looks inviting. They might visualize being peacefully curled up by the fire, reading a great book.

Presenting potential buyers with a lovely home makes it memorable. Staging is like a secret weapon that can give you the upper hand in a competitive market!
