Walk thru evaluation of each room and meeting with homeowner. Approximately 1.5 hours. We provide report with recommendations and suggestions of how to properly prepare the home to sell.
Together we decide on an action plan that suits your budget and needs. Suggested work can be done by homeowner or we can be hired to do it.
Price range
Staging a typical 2-3 bedroom fully furnished home, will usually be in the following range:
$400-$1500 Staging time (at $65/hour per stager)
$400-$1500 Goods (décor, towels, bedding, etc.)
Based on recommendations from our consultation, some homeowners choose to do additional work, such as landscape, painting, carpet replacement etc. in addition to staging.
These costs are not determined by us, but we can assist in giving referrals to independent contractors.
